Business report Region1(2) Topics currently under discussion in Region1 include, -Definition of Aeronautical telemetry and Aeronautical telecommand, (it is noticeable that the aeronautical telemetry is not a RR Service in the ITU-R definitions. The adequate Service for it is the aeronautical mobile Service or the mobile Service without the mention “except aeronautical mobile”) -Possible links between points 1.5 & 1.6 of WRC’07 agenda, -Potential resources within 3-16 GHz & 16-30 GHz bands ICTS, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Tuesday, 25.05.2004

Business report Region1(3) -Work currently underway in CEPT, see document CEPT/ECC/CPG07/PT3(04)011 (minutes of the first meeting of CEPT/CPG-PT3, 4-5March 2004) The most urgent topic is certainly the evaluation of spectrum band needs assuming that a mean error rate has been agreed upon.
