Testing MTS160 fatigue bench test This test bench is a servo-hydraulic cylinder MTS160 which applies a push-pull radial action on the part. (0 - 160 KN) The load and all other parameters are checked via digital controller (Flex Test GT). To specific request of the customer, in the mean time the holder rotates moved by the cylinder on top on the device. Load transducer + LVDT MTS661.22D.01 – date of expiry calibration 04/07/2014

(0 - 50 KN) The load and all other parameters are checked via digital controller (Flex Test GT). Testing Wear-Fatigue bench Bossotti This test bench is a hybrid system between fatigue and wear test. Made internally by OCAP. It is composed from a double effect hydraulic cylinder and two rotating seat. On this cylinder was fixed also a load cell used to control the load previewed in the test. The force is checked on the display connected with the load cell. Testing Mud test bench This bench is internally made by OCAP. It’s possible to check the mud resistance of the parts with with the addition of mud (kaolin) or another kind of mud, based on the requirements or specifications of the customer.
Testing MTS four axis ball joint test system connected with an environmental chamber Angelantoni MTS four axis ball joint test system able to apply the forces and the movements according to the specifications. The system applies simultaneous axial, radial load and rotational, oscillatory movements to the single ball joint specimen.
Testing MTS four axis ball joint test system connected with an environmental chamber Angelantoni Vertical and lateral loads are applied to the specimen with MTS actuators, while rotational and oscillatory motions are realized with MTS actuators plus integrated LVDT sensors, in order to obtain accurate displacement measurements. Coordinated load control in the vertical and lateral axes combined with displacement control of oscillation and rotation actuators provide to manage a correct test. The system functions are checked via a powerful digital controller (Flex Test GT). In the rig is also applied an environmental chamber able easy change the test temperature. The oil feed has been provided through an external supply, whose capacity was able to give a constant flow, at the bars needed for obtain the right force.
