This survey explores how multinational companies ensure they have knowledge of environmental, safety, and health requirements in different countries. It includes questions on operations in multiple countries, knowledge of laws and regulations, sources of information, communication, and trend analysis.

In this day of economic and trade globalization, multinational companies are responsible for an expanding number and type of requirements. In-country ESH laws are increasing, The number of international and regional Directives, Covenants, and Trade Agreements having environmental, safety and/or health requirements is growing. How are we maintaining visibility of these requirements? This is the theme of this GEMI member survey.
