COMMENTS • Comments on the proposal may be submitted to Rebecca Rocha, School Bus Transportation Program, Texas Department of Public Safety, P.O. Box 4087, Austin, Texas 78773-0525, (512) 424-7395. • Open for comments for 30 days • Ms. Rocha will have to respond to each comment received in writing.
TXDPS COMMISSION • Ms. Rocha will make recommendations to the DPS Commission to accept the rules as written or a modified version. • The recommendations will be submitted to the Commission for a vote and that submission will be posted for an open meeting
