Inclusion-criteria • Adolescents 12-25 years • Participants with voiding volume of 300 ml • One year follow-up (2003-2011) • Treatment consist of • In-patient group training of 4 nights / 5 days • Within the group adolescents were age-matched • Enuresis-anamnesis, explanation, bedwetting-alarm, • day-time activities • Follow-up by regular telephone contact Material & Methods Toronto june 2013

Outcome treatment not according to latest ICCS outcome, so ‘partial response’ and ’response’ defined as ‘partial response’ According to ICCS outcome full response=100% dry or 1x/28 d. Set up a more comprehensive database for future research Development andimproving of the treatment Voidingvolume 300ml 65 % EBC forage Special groups for adolescents with ASS (4 persons/ group) Age decreased to 10 years and up Toronto june 2013

Conclusion Therapy-resistant adolescents can benefit from an intensive in-patient group training program 6 mths after training up to 70% response (n=643) After 1 year and up still 70% response was achieved (n=362) Adolescents stated: “good to know having ‘partners in distress’, even when complete dryness wasn’t achieved” Toronto june 2013
