BGI Status Snapshot (Since 10/22) • Deployed following customizations into Production: • Alpha sort – nightly update adds an Alpha Alias name to constituents who do not have an Alpha Alias name • Constituency Code – nightly update adds Non-Alumnus constituency to constituents who do not have a constituency assigned • Designation IFAS Details Query View • Enhanced reports: • AG Retention – add current fiscal year • Alumni Master Analysis – add remaining report sections from Go Live • Campaign Faculty Giving Participation • Interfaces: • AR/CR Interface Changes for Gifts with Benefits • Faculty/Staff Interface – Update Employment Status • Data Updates: • Faculty/Staff Analysis – Add missing UI Employee Constituencies

BGI Status Snapshot • Conducted the following training events: • BGI Event Training • BGI ViewMaster Campus Training • BGI Core Essentials for Campus Users Training • BGI Query Training – Part 2 • Ascend Shutdown and Decommissioning Milestones: • AS/400 Web applications to be replaced or redeveloped prior to divestiture: • Data Analyst Requests – status: analysis phase; on hold until after 2.94 upgrade • Document Services Requests – status: requirements phase; on hold until after 2.94 upgrade • Payment Authorization - status: in test

  8. Projects In Progress: BGI 2.94 Upgrade Project We are here * = variable depending on scope of customization rework, will have updated time frame in mid-January once testing of customizations is complete.
