BGI Status Snapshot (Since 5/1) • Deployed following customizations into Production: • Address lines query view • Faculty Staff query view • Finder Number Search • Membership Primary query view • Spouse Alive query view • New and enhanced reports: • 50K+ Pledges Established in FY Report • Active Pledges Report • Campaign Report – added source code • Campus Gift Report - campus users can now run on demand • Daily Gift Report – Constituency / Designations • Donor Fund Report - Recipient file and Notes file • Pledges Written Off in Previous FY Report • PM Performance Report Fixes • Productivity by College Unit Report • Productivity Report – ticking/tying initiative and added special planned gifts to data warehouse • ViewMaster enhancement for individual address lines

BGI Status Snapshot • Consultants and Contracted Staff Departures • Rolled off Bhanu Ravuri from TEK Systems • Developer Bernadine Abraham is remaining • Conducted the following training events: • Events Overview • Recognition Programs overview PLUS • Clearance Process and My Fundraiser Tips & Tricks • Report Spotlight • BGI Tidbits • New employee and campus BGI Core Essentials, Prospect Management • Query Users • Query users gaining in proficiency through weekly query user meetings • Ascend Shutdown and Decommissioning Milestones • Ascend access limited to small number of staff (gift accounting and campaign support) • AS/400 will continue to host Online Giving until Blackbaud 2.93 release is installed and existing site is migrated to BBIS

BGI Status Snapshot • Blackbaud 2.93 Release • Became available on May 17, 2012 • IT is currently reviewing the functionality to determine whether to install this release or wait for the August 2012 release (all releases are cumulative) • 2.93 Key Enhancements • New browser-based user interface • Alumni Membership enhancements • Constituent merge and duplicate processing • BBIS Improved content management • DM Alternate ID Import • Query XLXS support • Mobile and ipad support

  6. Support Summary • Of the 25 tickets In Progress with Blackbaud Support, 3 are High Priority and 22 are Medium Priority. • 537 BGI Help Desk tickets have been submitted since 2/6 start of the long-term support model. 446 tickets have been closed and 91 are currently open.
