BGI Status Snapshot (Since 8/1) Deployed following customizations into Production: Constituent search enhancement to add columns for deceased, alumnus and maiden name Revenue and Recognition History enhancement to add adjustment and tribute indictors; Receipt amounts differing from gift amounts also display on the Revenue tab New and enhanced reports: Campaign Participation Geographic Analysis Potential Donors Report – outstanding issues from Go Live Interface changes: Faculty/Staff changes UIAA GL Interface – Change for credit card type Data Updates: Converted Historical Faculty/Staff Information to BGI Patches loaded: Patch 99 loaded – fixes for UIAA GL interface and Online Community degree personal form

BGI Status Snapshot Conducted the following training events: BGI Core Essentials Query Users: Query users – adding additional Annual Giving staff to query users group in the near future Ascend Shutdown and Decommissioning Milestones: Ascend access limited to small number of staff (gift accounting and campaign support) AS/400 will continue to host Online Giving until Blackbaud 2.94 release is installed and existing site is migrated to BBIS AS/400 Web applications to be replaced or redeveloped prior to divestiture: Data Analyst Requests – status: requirements review phase Document Services Requests – status: requirements phase Payment Authorization - status: in development CMN Conversion to BGI: Analysis for reporting and data conversion is currently in progress: target for project completion is 6/30/2013
