  4. Events • Following events can trigger a maintenance order • fixed maintenance cycles (maintenance calendar with creation wizard) • depending on hours of operation • depending on produced quantity / stroke rates • combination of all factors • Reported interruptions via terminal • With connected MDC via integration hub also more factors can be considered

  5. Maintenance Plan • You can define in a service contract • Which event triggers the maintenance order • What kind of activities are to be created • What type of material is required. Should this be monitored in order planning? • What steps are necessary and which resources are required • When and for how long interruptions of the resource are planned

  6. Resourceandtools • The maintenance can be defined for each resource and each tool: • ID • Description • Tool orresource • Creationispossible via • Service – internal Maintenance • Resource – Maintenance • Tool - Maintenance

Maintenance plan There are different maintenance periods for various maintenance tasks: check oil level weekly, check gear box monthly, yearly exchange of parts Any number of maintenance plans can be created and any intervals can be defined Time line Oillevel Oillevel Oillevel Oillevel Oillevel Oillevel Check motor Check motor
