  2. There is a misconception concerning Medicare Supplement Plans that Allen Heffler, President of MyMedicareAdvisor wants to set straight. Many seniors believe that they can only change their Medigap plan during Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period- from October 15-December 7, with a January 1 effective date. While it is correct that many changes can only be done during this time frame, such as changing a Part D plan, this time restriction does not apply to Medigap Plans.
