MRO relationship Growth Strategy Stream General Assembly– Montreal 2013 Mission & leadership Ideas on How to Proceed Current State Future State • 9110 std more MRO centric but still aligned with 9100. • 9110 recognised by all stakeholders as the QMS requirements for MRO organisations • ICOP 9110 certification recognised by stakeholders as an acceptable means of compliance with stakeholders’ QMS requirements (audit reduction) • Set of IAQG OEM after sales best practices for whole supply chain. • Current 9110 std not enough “MRO minded” • 9110 not mandated by all stakeholders (airlines, ...). • No current recognition of ICOP 9110 by stakeholders. • Currently no IAQG recommendations for “post delivery support” businesses for supply chain • Improve current 9110 stdwith additional SMS, Human Factor, ... stakeholders expectations requirements. • Share and promote 9110 std with Airlines, MRO and Defence organisations. • Increase Airworthiness Authority engagement and gain 9110 std and associated ICOP Scheme recognition. • Agree and develop set of recommendations to address post delivery supply chain support. May 2013 (to be revised for Jan 2014) 3/10

MRO relationship Growth Strategy Stream General Assembly– Montreal 2013 • 1- 9110 • Action completed in collaboration with IAQG Requirements Team: • Use specific survey to capture Voice of Customer fromAirlines and MROs. • Contribute to IAQG Requirements Team to review all comments. • Nominate of 9110 IDR and AAQG SDR completed. • Elaborate some scenario (still under study) for next 9110 revision content, baseline and scope. 4/10

MRO relationship Growth Strategy Stream General Assembly– Montreal 2013 • 2- Airlines, MRO, IATA, Defense • Airlines: Contact with AFR, KLM, AZA, KAL and SIA. • Need to extend contact with others incl. US, Asia Pacific and Low cost. • MRO: Contact with Sabena, AFI, GAMECO, AMECO. • IATA: Re-energizing previous attempts to engage. • Defense: A real market opportunity but limited contact. • Need to work closer with IAQG Defense teams. 5/10

MRO relationship Growth Strategy Stream General Assembly– Montreal 2013 • 3- Continue to engage with Authorities • CAAS: Successful meetings on 13/9 in Singapore: • APAQG Sector Leader with the Director of Airworthiness & Flight Operations resulting in mutual understanding and future collaboration with IAQG/APAQG. • APAQG General Assembly in partnership with AAIS and CAAS with 110 participants • CAAS will publish an IAQG sponsored article entitled "9110:2012 revised: One standard for higher quality and safety in MRO" in their quarterly e-newsletter “The Leading Edge”.  This e-newsletter has a reach of >80 aviation companies in Singapore. • FAA: no current on-going activity with 9110. • EASA: EASA disposition of comments still in progress. EASA promises to revert back to EAQG by end November 2013. Objectives: recognition of 9110 as acceptable QMS and allow extended privileges (less audits). 6/10

MRO relationship Growth Strategy Stream General Assembly– Montreal 2013 • 4- Post delivery • Contribute to bring “Post delivery” inputs to Requirements Team through direct contribution of: • 9110 IDR • Airline liaison leader • IAQG-MRO leader • and • IAQG-MRO team will contribute to 9100 sub-teams on • “Post Delivery” • “Product safety” (including Human Factors), • “Counterfeit part”, … 7/10
