Engineering & Construction Management Department February Report, 2011 Upper Valley drainage Improvements PH IV General Project Description: Street and drainage improvements on Lindbergh from Montoya Rd. to Carl Ann Dr., to include new curb, sidewalks, ADA ramps and asphalt paving; Equestre from Redd to Mulberry, to include new curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, asphalt paving, replacement of existing water and sanitary sewer lines. Construction Activities: • Lindbergh: • Continued to pour sidewalks and driveways. • Finished water main installation at Lindbergh and Montoya Rd. • Replaced irrigation crossing structure at Montoya Lateral Branch “A” and install headwalls. • Finished water main adjustment at Montoya Main Lateral, stared installation of cast in place junction box for irrigation. • Started compaction of base course from Montoya Main Lateral to Warriors. • Equestre: • Finished pouring sidewalk and driveways from Mulberry to Redd and finished paving. • Started cleaning roadway.
