In a nutshell Myselfand Greg wrote a spec for a new framework for production tracking Agreed by David, Michele, Jean-Paul, in progress with EPC/OMS • Until we sort these basics, the only way we can work is “emergency mode”, • I deal with the most urgent thing as and when it arrives • I count on project / converter responsible to keep me straight N.B. we have >100 FGC3 which are available, barcodes and IDs to be validated Most Urgent = SERGE VS State Control VS measurement VS Digital regulation VS Analogue Interlock VS Analogue Interlock Mezzanine x 100 x 40 x 40 x 100 x 100 completed being tested by HPM being tested by CCE stuck stuck
MSC-GE J-TEQ end May: group decision, proceed with V5, close LINAC4 project production start June: I confirmed the order with MSC-GE, who accepted it July: MSC-GEceased trading August: J-TEQ came into being, charged with continuing MSC-GE’s work No reply to any emails, phone-calls with this new company so far. Greg and I have began contingency to make more of these boards
Analogue Interlock v5 + Mezzanine * the BoM for the mezzanine is incorrect for the converter-specific resistors For the both the main board and for the mezzanine * the ERNI connectors used have a 105 day lead time * No stock at any re-seller We need to urgently make a plan with regards to these two boards…
