  4. USES • Use blood types to determine paternity & crime scene investigation (blood spatter, comparing blood types to suspects & victims) • Now they use DNA because it is more reliable

  5. Type O- universal donor • Type AB- universal recipient • Type O- can only receive Type O blood • Type A- can get Type A or O • Type B- can get Type B or O • Type AB- can get all four
