18. A day in the life of a teacher Jacky Smith aged 34 has been teaching for 9 years. She currently teaches five ands six years old in Devon Primary School. She has a s school-age son. At 7:30 am Jacky Smith arrives at school: It’s quiet and peaceful at that time and she can get some preparation and photocopying done. 8:30 am She does playground duty. 8:45 am She takes the register for the 32 pupils in her class. 9:00 am She supervise school assembly. 9:15 am She starts classes. 10:30 am She has coffee in the staff room.
