  2. WHAT IS HEALTH ? Health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease" according to the World Health Organization (WHO). ONLY FEEL ACTIVE i.e. • HAPPY. • FIT BODY. • FIT DIET.

  3. MAINTAIN THE BODY ACTUAL FIT. • WALKING DAILY (1-2 KM). • HOME EXERCISE. • GYM WORKOUT. • YOGA EXERCISE. • TAKE DEEP BREATH. • SLEEP ( 5-6 HRS).

  4. DIET-PLAN FOR PHYSICAL HEALTH • HEALTHY FOOD. • AVOID FAST FOOD AS POSSIBLE. • EAT NON-VEG (MIN 1 TIMES IN WEEK ONLY WHO EATS IT). • FRUITS .

  5. IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP • Poor Sleep Is Linked to Depression • Sleep Improves Your Immune Function • Sleep Affects Emotions and Social Interactions • Good Sleep Can Maximize Athletic Performance • Good Sleepers Tend to Eat Fewer Calories

GYM DETAIL • A Gym is a club, building, or large room, usually containing specialequipments, where people go to do physical activity and get fit. • A work-out in the gym will exercise all major muscle groups. • He works in a sports centre instructing people in the use of the gym equipment. • me felt so unfit after Christmas that me decided to join a gym. • A figure like that is usually the product of many hours spent in teh gym. • me like to sweat it out in tech gym for a couple of hours every day.

YOGA DETAIL • Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind. • Yoga is a philosophy which first developed in India, in which physical exercises and meditation are believed to help people to become calmer and united in spirit with God. • Any method by which such awareness and tranquillity are attained, esp a course of related exercises and postures designed to promote physical and spiritual wellbeing.

  8. RELAX IN GYM • Nutrition • Rest & Recovery • Intense weight training A weight training doesn't mean u just lift weights. So to increase your muscles needs adequate recovery to get prepared for further increasing overload. Also a day or two of rest will help your muscles built up and enhance the protein synthesis or protein absorption. Constant tears without rest are going to get your muscles into catabolic state i.e breakdown of muscle and you will feel tired and drained out.
