Key Club Week Basics • Each day of Key Club week allows high school students to create public awareness to their communities and schools what Key Club is about • Great opportunity to recruit members as we spread the Key Club spirit through our homes, schools, and community! • November 4th-8th, 2013 • Key Club Week kicks off the first week of Kiwanis Family Month(November)!

  3. How to Celebrate SERVICE. Each day of Key Club week represents an image or symbol towards Key Club’s goal of Nov. 4th, Monday: Show Your K In Every Way! Nov. 5th, Tuesday: Kudos to the Key Players! Nov. 6th, Wednesday: Connect with the K's! Nov. 7th, Thursday: Bring a friend to Key Club Nov. 8th, Friday: Your Way!

  4. Show Your K In Every Way! • Wear your Key Club gear! • Shirts, lanyards, bracelets, pins, and anything that represents Key Club.  • Clubs can have a club lunch booth, give out brochures, wear key tags, and more!  • BEE creative and show everyone why you love your K!

  5. Kudos to the Key Players • Host a special banquet, or make thank you notes to show your club’s appreciation to all the Key Club supporters. • Thank all those who have given so much for Key Club! • Advisors, school staff members, members, officers, and more! 

  6. Connect with the K’s We’re all one big Kiwanis Family! Connect with the rest of Kiwanis Family that are comprised of members of all ages and levels! Visit another Kiwanis Family’s meeting. Brainstorm and organize an events or social outing together, especially with your sponsoring Kiwanis club. Be sure to complete an Event Request Form.

  7. Bring a Friend to Key Club Invite members to the Key Club meeting! The more members, the greater impact Key Club creates in the world! Make the meeting extra special with food and meaningful icebreakers. Show off the love and inclusiveness of Key Club!

  8. Your Way! Make a Key Club impact your way! Add your own personal touch. Show your caring and inclusiveness with your individuality. Create a project, volunteer while wearing Key Club gear, or think of a fun social or fundraiser to do.

Key Club Week 2013 Recognition • The Kiwanis Family and Foundation Committee would like to recognize YOUR club • Submit information and photos to cnhkc.kff@gmail.com • A feature article about the most Spirited Key Clubs will be written and posted on the CyberKey and/or District Newsletter • Submission window and guidelines to be released at a later date
