Mark greenhouse – Applying Lean Management IN LEGAL, Manufacturing and Service Sectors. Mark Greenhouse An experienced lean trainer and coach with experience across a broad range of sectors. Provides consulting and training in the field of performance improvement and lean management. Projects include working with law firms, manufacturing companies, call centres, FMCG. Working directly with staff from the shop floors, with supervisors, through to Managing Partners and Board members, across a range of departments. Lectures on Performance Management and Supply Chain Improvement at Leeds University Business School. Has provided materials for Sheffield HallamLawSync ™ modules and has written & presented on Lean Management in Law Firms. He has developed solutions that now form part of a business course sold globally via Cambridge University Press.
