  7. BASIC QUANTITIES ARE QUANTITIES WHICH PREDETERMINED AND THEY ARE NOT DERIVED FROM ANOTHER QUANTITIESDERIVED QUANTITIES ARE QUANTITIES DERIVED FROM BASIC QUANTITIES
