SRB • Layout progressing very well • Majority of components ordered • The worst delivery time • FPGA and QDR end of July • Still to order components for few kCHF • Available on stock • Prototyping and production • Order extra FPGAs for prototype • Prototypes order mid June, request for PCB offers next week • Testing middle of July -> end of July • End of July we should have all components for full production • PCB production • As we are late, I propose to do all the PCB production ASAP • ~5 prototypes fast track, 45 normal (50 total, with 90% yield we have 40/45 needed) • In case of problem with design we loose PCBs (few 10kCHF) • Full production starts beginning of August • Delivery middle September

Services • MPOD • Delayed • Problem with HV modules • Wiener proposed to lend us 8 channel HV modules till ours are delivered • Should be at CERN now (but no sign of it) • Cabling (Johan) • All LV cables for chambers produced • RJ45 cables for the first chamber ordered and the installation should start this week • LV PP problem with fuses • Nominal current 0.65A; fuse 1A breaks during power-up • Change fuses to 2A, limit inrush current at MPOD • Move old SRB from lab and/or prototype to ECN3 for testing • Connectivity • Noise • Cosmics ???
