Comencem amb dos recipients buits: un de 5 litres i un de 3 litres. Omplim el recipient de 5L amb aigua. Tenim el recipient de 5L ple i el de 3L buit. Amb el recipient de 5L omplim el de 3L. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 2L d’aigua, i el de 3L ple.

  2. Omplim el recipient de 5L amb aigua

  3. Tenim el recipient de 5L ple i el de 3L buit

  4. Amb el recipient de 5L omplim el de 3L

  5. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 2L d’aigua, i el de 3L ple

  6. Buidem el recipient de 3L, però no llencem l’aigua; la podem aprofitar per regar les plantes

  7. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 2L d’aigua, i el de 3L buit

  8. Aboquem l’aigua del recipient de 5L al de 3L

  9. Tenim el recipient de 5L buit, i el de 3L amb 2L d’aigua

  10. Tornem a omplir el recipient de 5L

  11. Tenim el recipient de 5L ple, i el de 3L amb 2L d’aigua

  12. Acabem d’omplir el recipient de 3L amb l’aigua del de 5L

  13. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 4L d’aigua, i el de 3L ple

  14. Tornem a regar les plantes per buidar el recipient de 3L

  15. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 4L d’aigua, i el de 3L buit

  16. Omplim el recipient de 3L amb l’aigua del de 5L

  17. Tenim el recipient de 5L amb 1L d’aigua, i el de 3L ple
