What we have accomplished… • New General Manager • Position posted for new Operations Supervisor • Driver staffing – 110% • Pay increases for all employees • Starting pay raised to $14.00 • ZonarGPS units upgraded • New key performance indicator – On-time Performance Reports
What we have accomplished… • New Field Trip Coordinator • New Electronic Field Trip request form • Added flexibility for field trips that interfere with our routes • 30 new digital radios and new digital base station • Disinfectant for buses for cold and flu season • Satellite sensors for fuel management
What we have accomplished… • Two customer service training courses were held for all office staff in November • Child abuse training awareness • Diabetic awareness training • Anaphylaxis training • Utilization of School Messenger for Late Buses/Bus Accidents • Routing software has moved to the Durham Server to allow for more frequent updates to mapping/software
Where we are going … • Application for Zonar that allows parents to find their bus • Analysis of current routing • New digital radios in all buses • Discussion of satellite facility for buses near Eaton/Rhome area
