Convention & Hotel Registration Information • Registration does not equal delegate certification • Registration deadline is 6/30/09; may be done on-line • Delegate certification deadline is 6/19/09 • NTEU Bulletin March, 2009 • C.P. Memo March 20, 2009
Ex Officio Delegates Ex officio delegates are elected Chapter Presidents and Vice Presidents ■ Elected, not “sitting?” ■ Appointed Presidents and VPs? ■ Elected Officers moving into ex officio vacancy ■ Area/Location Vice Presidents?
Vote Entitlement Number of votes determined by number of members. Article VIII, §2. 1 – 10 members = 1 vote 11 – 50 members = 2 votes 50+ members = 1 additional vote for each 50 or fraction thereof
