Training of guidance practicioners • Qualification requirements • career orientation teachers • counsellors of labour organisations • in service trainings (courses, further trainings, conferences, study visits, etc.) • No qualification requirements for accredited adult training programmes/guidance, no supervision of this services.

Main features • Vocational orientation and career management within the school curriculum • Individual advice by form teachers • Some support from the PES: FIT centres • Growing number of career centres in higher education, limited staff • Optional services in adult training institutions • Employment counselling for job seekers • Limited service for complex cases • Some private sector providers

Challenges • Information content of manuals and descriptions needs to be updated • No quality assurance mechanisms • Lack of cross-sectoral collaboration • ICT-based information yet to be developed • Not enough attention to certain risk groups • Adult guidance is underdeveloped, focusing on the unemployed
