  1. Welcome

    To the Stranahan NHS November 18th Meeting
  2. Old Business We ask that members pick up their t-shirts and/or pizza cards if they have not done so already. Only members who have paid their dues will get shirts. Jack and Jill was held October 24th and we would like to thank the members that came.
  3. Thanksgiving Activities with ESE occurred November 7th and we would also like to thank the members who came for that event. So far the Garden Project has been an incredible success as many of the seeds we’ve planted have already started to sprout and the Horticulture area looks better than ever!
  4. Saturday at Publix
  5. BRAIN BRAWL!!! So far we have won every game we have played by a large margin. We are moving on to round 2 this Thursday were we hope to stay undefeated!
  6. Harvest Drive So far the Harvest Drive is doing well however we still want to encourage donations from members and ask that members encourage other students. Saturday, November 16th we have members meeting at a Publix in Ft. Lauderdale to help get donations from the community, we hope those members fulfill their commitment.
  7. We also need members to stay Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th to help with sorting as more supplies will be brought in by other schools. Thank you to all the members who came and helped sell the turkey arts and snow cones during their lunches.

  9. BCNHS The next BCNHS meeting is on Wednesday, December 11th and we invite all interested members to come and join us.
  10. ICC A report from the last meeting of the Interclub Counsel
  11. New Policy From now on the due dates on forms will not be changed due to insufficient members signing up. If an event does not have enough forms we the due date passes the event will be cancelled. We strongly encourage members to look online or ask any of the officers in order to stay up to date on which forms are available.
  12. PB&J The next PB&J is scheduled for Tuesday, December 3rd . We need supplies as soon as possible and will cancel the event if we don’t receive enough.
  13. Thanksgiving Brigade On Sunday, November 24th we will be filling up bags of groceries for needy families at the CDTC form 8:30 am to about 11:30 am. Forms are due by Wednesday the 20th
  14. Angel Tree Drive On Sunday, December 8th we will help the Salvation Army collect toys and clothes for children. There will be two shifts: from 12-3pm and from 3pm-6pm
  15. Turn In Your Hours At the December Meeting we ask that all members turn in the NHS Hours forms for this semester so we can calculate the hours you have done. If you do not turn in the forms they will be due at the end of the year, we will not accept them throughout the year.
