Alaska Inn P.O. Box 1185 Tel.1-800-555-4307 Fax. 907-555-1132 alaskainn@alaska.net Organizational Structure General Partnership Sharing of Profits: The Profits are distributed according to the partnership agreement. In my case, the sharing would most likely be about 50/50, which each partner getting an equal share of the profits for an equal share of the work. Sharing of Ideas: The Sharing of Ideas would also be about 50/50, with each partner getting a say in everything, but one that has seniority over the areas that they are responsible for managing. Survivorship of Your Business:Our business would have a good chance of surviving because there would always be someone to run it, and someone else to help them stay in balance. Alaska Inn Capitalization: I expect that each of us would contribute equally to the beginning capital of the business. Alaskan beauty with the comfort of home

Alaska Inn P.O. Box 1185 Tel.1-800-555-4307 Fax. 907-555-1132 alaskainn@alaska.net Future Plans I would like to see my business become a successful hotel and restaurant, fully independent and highly well-appointed. I would enjoy introducing some of my family to the business so that possibly instead of having to sell the hotel when I no longer wanted to run it, it could be kept in the family, and in my partners families. To keep my business a success I would try to always serve up the same high-quality service, and to make sure my staff are well-trained and always courteous.
