Behavioral Health Consortium A Grassroots Collaborative Organize the Chaos: Educational Pathway Limitations but Push: Entry-level but with advancement. Market: First cohort graduated 11 (January 2013 – August 2013) Cohort 2: 18 students (July 2013 – March 2014), Cohort 3 (February 2014 – Nov 2014). Community: An Employer has become part of the student exploration of the field and provides benefits!
Building Pathways to a Brighter Future Behavioral Health Consortium A Grassroots Collaborative Unexpected Outcomes: To Date: 80% On-time Completion (1 student left program); 83% employment or continuing education (80% in field); 4 students received promotions! Program growth 25%. Employers provide raises based on participation.
