  1. Associate Fellowship Scheme Information for applicants

  2. This programme is intended for Graduate Teaching Assistants and other part-time staff who teach or support learning

  3. The Associate Fellowship Scheme replaces ATAP and has two routes (i) Teaching Route, for people currently contracted to undertake regular and direct teaching e.g. leading seminars. (ii) Learning Support Route, for people currently contracted to undertake learning support work e.g. lab demonstrators, learning technologists, library staff.

  4. Associate Fellowship Scheme Teaching Route UN819 + UN820 + two teaching observations, one done by School mentor and one by AFS tutor Learning Support Route UN828 (running Spring 2016) + UN820 + one School mentor observation

  5. How to apply Go to http://www.kent.ac.uk/teaching/qualifications/pgche Download and complete an Associate Fellowship Scheme application form, countersigned by your Head of School Return to heprogsadmin@kent.ac.uk

  6. Next steps • We will confirm that we have received your application (or return it to you if it is incomplete) • We can only register you when you have returned a completed application • We will email you when a place becomes available, with instructions on how to enrol NB we have two intakes per year, September and January. When one intake is full you will be offered a place on the next available one.
