Our Concern: There are not enough students to step up as leaders, participate and be more accountable.
Our Challenge: To improve peer to peer motivation and enhance accountability by doing team building activities.
This is an important challenge because: • There’s no unity. • We need more student progress. • We need more leaders. • To help keep students active. • Promote growth and challenge and accountability. • To make sure students complete the program with everything they came for.
In Conclusion To help students get the confidence to step up as leaders, participate, and be accountable Our goal as an SGA executive board at Pittsburgh Job Corps Center Is to progressively improve student leadership skills within themselves and also peer to peer, attain self respect and accountability for there actions by incorporating team building and self government through numerous center activities starting after the new year. How will we know we have accomplished our goal? • Retention rate improvement • An increase in participation • Making sure that all our activities are followed through with Starting January 7,2014
