STAKEHOLDER INVOLVEMENT PLAN Internal External Core Non Core Developing the formal work frame for a CSR strategy – consultations for developing policies and procedures Sharing experience inside the group Investigating the management’s perspective on CSR impact on business and on their own work – internal survey Bridging the relationship with NGOs and public administration in terms of efficient community involvement and transparent project management. Educating suppliers to respect environmental and social responsibility standards Investigating their perspective on CSR and responsible banking
RESULTS BY MAY 2011 Internal External Core Non Core Full support from top management for developing CSR policies and the set up of a CSR department Sharing experience inside the group We have screened all levels of employees with respect to CSR and business ethics and we are implementing customized initiatives 2 meetings per year about reporting on CSR projects Consultancy for CSR reporting from LBG Romania Enforcing the Code of Conduct in all contracts and developing screening procedures. Educating the audience about annual activity reports and making responsible choice when buying
