  2. Target for Stakeholder Management around the Change Initiative By AGM we will have systematically engaged all major CGIAR stakeholders in soliciting their feedback and input into the work of each of the Working Groups, as well as the integrated change plan.

  3. Objectives for Stakeholder Management around the Change Initiative Solicit periodic feedback on the Working Groups’ findings to guide their ongoing work Ensure widespread, timely understanding and support of the change management initiative, its direction and the implications for the System Identify and reach out to less vocal stakeholder groups to ensure they feel part of the change management initiative Strengthen the System-mindset and build trust and empathy within the System

Steps to generate detailed stakeholder engagement plan • Generating a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan as early as possible will ensure there are sufficient opportunities to engage underserved stakeholders prior to AGM • Once the initial stakeholder management plan is generated, the process can be iterative, as interactions with stakeholders may generate feedback requiring re-engagement at a later date
