Mission Statement To provide quality education and create a learning environment that engages all students in lifelong learning for an ever changing world.
Vision Statement With the participation and support of all stakeholders, the students of Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District will: • Make a collaborative effort to promote a positive attitude • Develop characteristics that promote self sufficiency • Use technology responsibly and effectively • Develop communication and interpersonal skills
Shared Values The Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District community believes that people of character consistently demonstrate and act on the following values: • Environmental Awareness • Innovation • Entrepreneurial Spirit • Self Discipline • Integrity • Work Ethic • Citizenship
Goals 1. The graduation rate will increase from 92% toward100%. 2. Students will achieve proficient and advanced levels in mathematics at or above state percentage requirements. 3. Students will achieve proficient and advanced levels in reading at or above state percentage requirements. 4. Students will use technology as a tool to make informed decisions leading to high academic standards aligned with 21st century skills.
