SACSCOC Principles • Requirement • Must be met or will not be reaffirmed • Standard • Must be met or may be placed on monitoring
EDUC/PSYC 1300Learning Frameworks Core Requirement 2.7.3: General Education Provide evidence of: • Breadth of knowledge • Coherent rational • If replacing the required Humanities and required Social Sciences course, it must meet the requirements for those areas (cannot be a study skills course)
EDUC/PSYC 1300Learning Frameworks Comprehensive Standard 3.4.1: Academic Program Approval Provide evidence of: • Faculty approval of the changes to the general education program • Institutional policies were followed
EDUC/PSYC 1300Learning Frameworks Comprehensive Standard 3.4.10: Responsibility for Curriculum Address the means by which the: • Institution places primary responsibility for curricular content and quality with its faculty
