  2. Overview Back pain is one of the most common health problems that people report today. According to a recent survey report, 8 out of 10 people are suffering from back pain.   3. Following are top exercises that can help you deal with lower back pain: Knee rotation Knee to chest Child’s pose Pelvic tilts

  4. Knee Rotation Knee rotation is the easiest and most effective exercises that you can perform to alleviate knee pain. In order to perform knee rotation, you need to place your feet on the ground, bend them and gently move them in a wiper motion. Perform this exercise 8 to 10 times every day.

  5. Knee to Chest This is another physical movement that can help you reduce back pain. Lay down on your back and gently pull your knees towards your chest. Hold the position for 20 seconds and repeat.

  6. Child’s Pose Start this position with your knees apart. Now, reach out in front of your and hold the position for 30 seconds. This is an amazing pose that can help you get rid of knee pain.

  7. Pelvic Tilts In order to perform this effective exercise, you need to lay down. Now, arch your lower back and flatten it back to the ground. Perform this move 30 times every day.
