Components • 4 glasses of flour • 1 pack of margarine (0,25 kg) • 3 eggs • 1 glass of sugar • 18% cream (3 spoonfuls) • bakingpowder (1 spoonful) • 8 big apples • groundcinnamon (1 teaspoonful) • vanillasugar (1 pack)
First preperations • Wash, peel and cutapplesinto 1-2 cm chunks. • Mix appleswithvanillasugar and cinnamon. • Prepare a backingtray.
Mixingcomponents 4. Pour out flour on tabletap. • Addmargarine and cutitintosmallpieces. • Addsugar, cream, eggs, backingpowder and mix themwithflour and margarine.
Daugh • Make a daugh. • Dividethedaughintotwohalves.
Mountains • Put one half of the daughintothebackingtray and make mountains withyourfingers. • Spreadapplesalloverthedaughinthebackingtray. • Puttheotherhalf of thedaughovertheapplesmaking mountains again.
Baking • Bakein an oven (temperature 175 o C) for about 50 minutes.
