  1. La recepta mes bona del mon Truita de patates. AMB POLLASTRE!!!

  2. INGREDIENT • Pollastre • Patates -4 • Sal • Oli • Ceba • Ous

  3. Primer pas Posem en un bol els quatre ous ho bastegem ficant-li una pisca de sal.

  4. Segon pas Posem una salten com si posem a preparar patates fregides, tallem les patates molt fines i les posem a la salten.

  5. Tercer pas Piques la ceba en trossets i la fiques a la salten que estan les patates.

  6. Quart pas Talles mes la carn picada fins que quedi ven picada i la poses a la salten on hi es les patates i les cebes. Ho deixes a foc lent i que es deixi coure bé.

  7. Cinque pas Quan estigui fet, posa els ingredients al ou i batega-la fins que quedi varexat tot.

  8. Sisé pas Possa la varexa d’ingredient en un altre salten amb menys oli. Fes una volta i volta a la truita i...

  9. Llest. Bon profit i que hos agradi moooolt.
