Mechanism of Injury • Direct blow to the lateral side of the knee while the foot is planted • A valgus force to the knee with the foot in excessive external rotation
Signs & Symptoms • Pt tender • Significant edema • Pn • Laxity w/ no endpoint
Modalities • Ultrasound • Ice • Cryo-cuff
