All MYP classes are closely aligned with the Colorado Academic Standards. In keeping with Palmer expectations, classes integrate depth, complexity and relevance as outlined by state standards. • MYP aims and objectives add challenge to courses- process and product Baccalaureate
Authorized by the IB in 1991 (Diploma) and 1998 (MYP, with North Middle School) • A magnet for the entire Pikes Peak region • Full complement of IB classes grades 9 – 12 • MYP entry-level classes • MYP honors-level classes • A combination of the two • Students fully integrated into athletics, clubs and electives at Palmer.
