τ ID and μ ID • τ ID • HPS decay mode finding • HPS VLoose isolation with Δβ corrections within ΔR=0.5 • No PF charged hadrons with pT>1.5 GeV • No PF photons with pT>2.0 GeV • μ ID • Global muon • Good track fit χ2/N<10 • ≥1 chamber hit • ≥2 matching segments • impact parameter dxy<2mm • ≥1 pixel hit • ≥6 tracker layers with hits • μ isolation within ΔR=0.4 with Δβ corrections • Track isolation < 1 GeV • ECAL isolation < 1 GeV • not imposed for μ2!
QCD Estimation • Same cuts as Z->τμτh Control Region except • Q(τ1)xQ(μ1) > 1 (like sign) • Subtract all other backgrounds with MC
W->lυ + Jets Scale Factor • Same cuts as Z->τμτh Control Region except • μ1 : 25 GeV <pT< ∞ • No mμτcut • mT(μ1,MET) > 40 GeV • cos(Δφ(μ1,τ1)) > -0.95 • pζ-0.875pζvis < -7 • SF = ? (0.763+-0.044 without PU reweighing) • SF = 0.689+-0.012 without QCD estimate AND PU reweighing
ttbar Scale Factor • Same cuts as Z->τμτh Control Region except • NbJet≥ 2
