Agenda Review Strategic Planning Process (5 min) Share Highlights of Survey Responses (30 min) Questions (15 min) Next Steps Purpose of meeting: Present the parish survey results in the context of the Strategic Planning Process. Committee is currently analyzing the data and has not yet determined the strategic plan and recommendations. We thought it was important to get the survey results back to the parish on a timely basis, as it may take a little longer to develop the strategic goals and recommendations. In that vein, we are only able to accept questions about the survey itself, not about priorities, what changes will be made, what new programs or projects will be started, etc. That is still work in progress. This presentation will be available on the website, and a written report will be made available with the final recommendations. We will ask that you hold your questions until the end, as they may be answered throughout the presentation, and we are committed to being finished before the Noon Mass.Purpose of meeting: Present the parish survey results in the context of the Strategic Planning Process.
