What do networks do? • Involvement in Awareness Raising Campaign on USSPM • Cooperation with the SMART Campaign to support implementation of customer protection • Cooperation with the MIX on social performance reporting • Participated in the SPTF Implementation Series Webinars
What have been done to promote or/and implement the USSPM? • Presented USSPM to member MFIs • Helped member MFIs to assess their compliance with USSPM (including CP) • Helped member MFIs to define social indicators and set up systems to monitor their performance on on-going basis • Trained board, staff on SPM
What do networks plan/would like to do till the end of 2014 • Help member MFIs to assess their compliance with USSPM • Help member MFIs to define SMART social objectives • Help member MFIs to be transparent by facilitating their social performance reporting to the MIX • Train the management of member MFIs in SPM • Collect examples of good practice and tools in line with USSPM
