  2. July 13 – Markets Committee • Presented DALRP • Provided estimated pay-back on development costs • ISO agreed to review program design • if 50 MW clears in an hour • Consult with MC in review of program design • Received 60% in favor • Cost allocation still an issue

  3. August 6 – Participants Committee • ISO is bringing DALRP to NPC for a vote • ISO has included all changes we accepted at the MC • Material included in “Supplemental Notice” to NPC
