Packaged Grants Five types of packaged grants currently available. Health educators training & nursing scholarships Aga Khan University and The Rotary Foundation offer two packaged grants in East Africa campuses. Developing local entrepreneurs Micro-financing through Oikocredit. Vocational training and medical service In Mercy Ships (state-of-the-art hospital ship Africa Mercy) Water and sanitation scholarships For graduate students at UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft, The Netherlands.
