Evaluation of applications by the coordinator in two stages Stage A: Preliminary evaluation The aim is to accept the applications that fulfill the following basic requirements: • Completionofthe 8thSemester • Havesuccessfullypassed 25 coursemodules • Capabilityofstudenttofacetheinternshiprequirementsincombinationwiththeremainingacademicresponsibilities

Evaluation of applications by the coordinator in two stages • Stage B: Final Selection • The aim is the classification of applications accepted during the Stage A • The classification is based on a performance index: • where, • Χ: ratio of the total number of passed obligatory course modules to the number of total obligatory modules • Υ: ratio of the total number of passed elective modules to the number of total elective modules • ΜΟ: average grade so far • n: total number of semesters from the enrollment till now (stands for n greater than 10 semesters) • 3. 4.4 Evaluation of Students’ Achievements 4. Procedures Evaluation procedure includes the following: Visits to partner institution by the supervisors Students’ Work Reports tosupervisor Evaluation of students’ achievement on students’ internship from instructor Evaluation of students’ achievement on students’ internship from supervisor Internship Certificate
4.5 Evaluation of Partners 4. Procedures • The procedure of the evaluation of partner institutions includes the following: • Evaluation Report by supervisors, on the contribution of partner institutions • The report is based on: • Personal observations obtained throughout the project • Comments reported in monthly/final students’ work reports • Company Profile (technical level, human resources, financial standing) • 2. Submission of the Evaluation Report to the Project Co-ordinator
4.6 Continuous Evaluation & Improvements 4. Procedures • Internship is continuously reviewed by theProject Co-ordinator. • Based on the following Reports: • Evaluation of each training period upon end • Annual reports • Considering the annual results, theProject Co-ordinator proposes Corrective Measures to be implemented towards the improvement of the students’ internshipproject
4.7 Financial Management 4. Procedures • Completely undertaken by: • Research Committee of theUniversity in collaboration with theProject Coordinator
