  3. Why have an eportfolio? • Identify learning needs • Personal resource library/reference • Helps with reflection • Component of mrcgp

  4. Minimum WPBA - RCGP requirement • CBD – 3 x ST1/2 and 6 x ST3, per six months • COT’s or Mini-CEX 3 x ST1/2 and 6 x ST3, per six month • MSF – at the end of every post • PSQ – twice ie ST1/2 (when in GP) and ST3 • CSR –per six months • Education supervision – per six months • DOP’s

Naturally occurring evidence- Yorkshire deanery • Log entries – 3 x per week • Significant event analysis – 3 x per six months • Reflection on key learning points – per post • Audit/reflection of QOF – once, cycle must be completed ie must re-audit • Presentation- 1 x per six months • OOH – 36 hours per six months in GP, need to document hours and number of patient seen, as well as what they had attended with.
