  5. How do we know how we are doing?

  6. Behaviour statistics • For 97% of the lessons observed 2011-12 the behaviour in the classroom was recorded as good or outstanding – 73% outstanding. So far this year behaviour has been observed as good or outstanding in 90.3% of lessons • Overall there has been a dramatic drop in the number of incidents leading to a Time Out session for a student (43 occasions in HT1 2011-12 compared to 26 in HT1 2012-13) • Overall our rates of Fixed Term Isolations are in line with the National figures (7.07% of the pupil group compared with 8.55% National Average)

  7. Attendance statistics • We achieved our 94% target for 2011-12 • Target for this year is 95% • Persistent Absence figure for last year was 5.9% (National Average 6.9%) and dropped 5.3% on the previous year
