Three Main Modules Definition TeleEye CM-CS01 : Connection Server • Connects to TeleEye transmitters through PSTN, ISDN, or broadband Internet and broadcasts the video to multiple appropriate operators along the LAN network • Record all incoming videos in the hard disk of connection server • One connection server can concurrently connect up to 8 remote site TeleEye CMD-030 & CMD-100 : Central Data Server • Stores all the information of clients accounts, operator accounts, operation and event logs • CMD-030 and CMD-100 can accommodate the information of up to 30 and 100 remote sites respectively TeleEye CM-VV01 : Video Viewer • Monitor the video • System configuration • Audit trail • Flexibly configured • The minimal system can put all these modules in a single PC • The configuration can be future expanded according to the required capacity

Contention Ratio to determine the System configuration • Total no. of remote sites : No. of concurrently monitoring sites • For working out the capacity of the communication network (e.g. no. of phone line), the no. of connection servers, the no. of video videwer PCs and the no. of operators required in the central monitoring station • Factors determining the contention ratio : • - Total number of remote sites • - Type of operation provided by the central monitoring station, e.g. alarm verification, monitoring of the remote sites in a regular time interval..,etc.
