Pesticide Resistance Management proposal • Promote CLI pesticide MOA grouping (推动植保国际制定的农药作用机理分类) • Get buy-in from regulatory, extension, research & academic • Aim at listing MOA grouping on label as mandatory in addition to current requirement • NATESC support in the promotion of MOA grouping into grower and extension network – add one slide of introduction of grouping in the farmer safe use poster • Advocacy to research & academic society and other national associations • CLC members set up model as adopter • Build up pesticide resistance management expertise network (建立农药抗性管理专家网络) • Each subgroup build up local expertise network including regulatory, extension, research and academic for co-work of local guideline, principle & strategy • Build up working relationship with CLI/other NA in resistance management alignment • Set up local resistance management guideline (建立本地的农药抗性管理指引) • Adopt CLI existing guideline of IRAC, FRAC & HRAC in formulating the domestic general guideline, principle, MOA grouping and strategy • Translation into Chinese version & post on website (CLA, ICAMA, NATESC……) • Three subgroup leads responsible for the maintenance • Carry out specific project (启动专项项目) • Base on mutual interest, specific project will be conducted at participating member companies’ expense like the current Bisamide base-line setting • Other specific project by crop, pest or MOA group could be initiated if more than two member companies join with. (If there is funding required, the principle is at participating members” cost)
