Sources and Data: • The study was conducted based on both primary and secondary data. The sources of those data are stated below: • Primary Source: The primary data were collected by customer survey conducted on corporate clients of Banglalink. I had collected customer survey from one hundred corporate clients of different organization. Customer survey had been conducted by twenty-four questions location at Dhaka city.
