    42. Lesioni bianche , multifocali , che coinvolgono frequentemente le gengive , più frequenti nel sesso femminile , recidive o persistenti dopo terapia, frequente comparsa di carcinomi in assenza dei comuni fattori di rischio

    44. TERAPIA la tradizionale terapia chirurgica delle lesioni precancerose comporta frequenti recidive o ricorrenze ed è indicata solo per le lesioni che presentano displasie medio-gravi e carcinomi
